**Note: The Dell Motherboard Part Number G3HR7 and the T568R both fit the Dell XPS 8100. They are the same in every aspect with the exception of one thing. The mounting design for the heatsink are different. On the G3HR7 Motherboard the Heatsink mounts via threaded screws, on the T568R the mounting is via plastic tabs that press into the motherboard. One with not fit the other. We have found the correct heatsink for the G3HR7, that is being sold here, is the Dell F2K99..
