These house leveling jacks are easy to install and adjust and are designed for stabilizing and supporting beams and joists during construction and repairs.
BUILT TO LAST: Constructed of heavy-duty steel and red oxide finish, these foundation leveling jacks are built for strength, durability, and longevity with a resistance to rust and corrosion.
Each house screw jack post features a 3-inch diameter base post that is welded to the bottom plate and includes a screw jack pole and turning bar with a large top plate and (4) locking pins.

ADJUSTABLE FLOOR JACK POST: Use the turning bar and screw bolt to adjust the height of the basement post jack from 54 inches to 150 inches (137.2 to 381 cm) for different height requirements.
